What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your ride, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund, minus shipping costs.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Priority Bicycle comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and fork, and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components against manufacturing defects.
