We want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Priority bicycles and accessories in new, unassembled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help you find the right fit or facilitate a smooth return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble your bicycle and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our facility without damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a flat-rate restocking fee.
